- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs aimed at empowering young people.
- Provide support and guidance to young individuals, helping them navigate personal and social challenges.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and community organisations to deliver comprehensive youth services.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where young people feel valued and heard.
- Assist in planning and facilitating group sessions, workshops, and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress with the youth participants.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of young people within the community.
- Requirements:
- Eligibility to Work
- Enhanced DBS.
- Flexibility to work afternoons and adjust hours based on the needs of the role.
- Previous experience working with young people in a similar capacity.
- Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field.
