You are someone who: • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, • Is highly organised and enjoys bringing structure to busy operations, • Has experience working in live shopping, livestreaming, production or studio environments, • Loves fashion and understands the importance of garment presentation, • Is proactive, resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed, • Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions, • Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlinesContract Details, • 12 month Fixed Term Contract - the role will require you to work varying hours and days of the week depending on scheduled live shopping events, these may include evenings and weekends. The role is based at our Warehouse in Canning Town, East London. What we’re looking for This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing circular fashion business at the forefront of live commerce. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our eBay Live Commerce Studio, ensuring products, people and processes come together seamlessly to create engaging live shopping events that drive sales and customer engagement whilst promoting sustainability. This role combines studio management, operations, product coordination and live event execution on eBay.co.uk. No two days are the same, and you'll play a critical role in helping Reskinned scale one of the fastest-growing areas of online retail. What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Studio Management & Coordination • Own the day-to-day running of the eBay Live Commerce Studio in Canning Town, • Ensure the studio is organised and ready for live broadcasts, • Coordinate and curate the product selection for live events, • Maintain studio equipment and coordinate any technical requirements, • Manage inventory movement between warehouse, studio and listings teams, • Ensure products are presented to the highest standard to maximise sales performance, • Work closely with warehouse, marketing, social media and brand partner teams Live Commerce Operations • Deliver eBay Live sessions end-to-end including back-of-house operations, • Coordinate product sequencing and ensure smooth live event delivery, • Troubleshoot operational issues during broadcasts, • Ensure product information, pricing and stock levels are accurate, • Schedule and coordinate hosts, guests and production calendars, • Work closely with hosts to ensure they are fully briefed and prepared, • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing hosts, • Stay up to date with trends, platform developments and social commerce best practice Performance & Analytics • Track and report on live shopping performance metrics, • Identify opportunities to improve studio efficiency and live sales performance through testing, reporting and learning, • Support marketing campaigns linked to live shopping eventsSkills and Experience Essential • Experience working in a studio, production, live shopping or ecommerce environment, • Strong organisational and project management skills, • Excellent attention to detail, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, • Confidence working across multiple digital tools and platforms Desirable • Experience with eBay Live, TikTok Shop, Whatnot or similar live commerce platforms, • Experience managing the operational backend of live shopping events, including inventory management, • Understands how live commerce works and what drives customer engagement, • Comfortable working with data and performance reporting, • Experience in fashion, resale or circular economy businessesApplication Process Step 1 – Apply Please send your CV and a cover letter to lucy.hall@reskinned.clothing outlining: • Why you're interested in joining Reskinned, • How your experience aligns with the role, • What excites you about live commerce, fashion, resale, or circularity Step 2 – Introductory Call Successful applicants will be invited to a 30-minute video call with Lucy Hall and/or Coco Peuscet. Step 4 – Final Interview Candidates who progress to the final stage will be invited to our London office for an in-person interview with members of the Reskinned team. This is an opportunity to meet the wider team, learn more about the business, and discuss how you could contribute to our future growth.
