Specifically Central Blackpool and South Shore. Opportunities in Kirkham- transport is provided. All positions included: • Supervision & support • Induction & Training • Use of high quality equipment and materials • Company Uniform • Weekly pay (National Minimum Wage) As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within a designated area. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards. Responsibilities: General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and appliances. Empty and clean waste bins regularly. Washroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize washroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors. Replenish toiletries and consumables as needed. Floor Care: Follow proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining different types of flooring. Use appropriate cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers and carpet cleaners. Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a clear and spotless appearance. Restocking Supplies: Monitor and report low levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments in a timely manner. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper procedures. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly. Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adjust work schedule to accommodate special cleaning needs or events. Customer Service: Provide a positive and friendly presence while performing cleaning duties. Respond to requests and inquiries from occupants courteously. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
