Role Description The full‑time Cluster Sales Manager will lead and coordinate sales activity across three properties: two located in Cardiff city centre and one in Bristol city centre. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success, with responsibility for achieving and surpassing revenue targets across all sites. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing strong relationships with both corporate and new clients, crafting and executing effective sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities to maximise market presence. The role also encompasses performance reporting and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure cohesive promotional activity across the portfolio. With the organisation undergoing an exciting brand transformation, we are seeking a driven individual ready to embrace a new challenge someone eager to shape, elevate, and champion a refreshed brand as it grows to new heights. Qualifications *Proven expertise in sales strategy development, business development, and revenue generation *Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with a focus on corporate and private client engagement *Experience in leading and motivating sales teams, driving consistent performance toward targets *Knowledge of marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination and competitor analysis *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively *Driving Licence – Essential *Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable *Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
