Born in the UK and inspired by global flavour culture, we serve 13 signature homemade sauces - from Jerk to Mango Habanero to Garlic Parmesan - all crafted with real ingredients and bold flavour. We’re rebuilding the brand from the ground up to deliver premium food, consistency, and energy every service. Now we’re looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead that transformation. Role Overview As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen day-to-day, managing prep, service, quality, and kitchen standards. You’ll work closely with the owners to maintain exceptional food quality, develop new recipes, and build a positive, professional kitchen culture.     Work on electronic and electrical circuit designs for new product development projects. Creation of schematic designs and PCB layout design. • Design PCB’s for integration into new & existing systems, i.e., • DALI driver design, • Bluetooth interface communication devices, • Relay Circuits, • LCM’s & control modules supplying power to LED drivers, • PoE switches and drivers, • Sensors, • Component selection for circuit designs, • Maintain accurate records., • Setting up long term testing of new products and continual evaluation of performance and capability, • Set up demo training kit, • Training Commissioning Engineers on products, • Product Testing and fault finding (including RMA’s and Goods-In Inspection), • Support in house and field testing of NPD’s, • Design electronics to comply with product specific regulations and standards, i.e. EMC / LVD etc., • Test BLE devices for functionality and communications, including App testing new firmware versions, • Manage the access to the Prolojik App for clients and liaise with software developers on improvements and capabilities, • Organise 1st ff prototypes, ensuring master samples are logged and labelled for all new product development designs., • Full management of R&D lab – organisation of samples and new product project boxes., • Documentation, • Create PCB schematics and layout designs, • Build full PCB BOM’s, • Generate production packs of products going into manufacturing., • Draw up wiring diagrams for products, • Write test specifications and set up supplier test jigs for products in manufacture, • Write fault finding guidance notes for commissioning engineers, • Create and maintain design folders / files and design documentation, • Writing test reports, • Other Tasks, • Review existing designs to value engineer products from a component and assembly view. Improve functionality, durability and/or lifetime of the products. Make changes to designs where required and log and document the changes., • Assist our suppliers and manufacturers of products to ensure correct build standards and specs are met., • Liaise with CTO and Product & Operations Director on new design requirements and projects., • In house technical support of products., • Regularly back-up and archive project databases and documentation., • Update on project progress on a weekly basis to the Product & Operations Director Manager.
