    Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing and commercial plans to drive sustained business growth, brand positioning, and revenue performance., • Take overall ownership of digital and e-commerce performance, ensuring continuous optimisation of user experience and conversion rates., • Direct the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and affiliate platforms., • Oversee customer engagement and retention strategies, including CRM, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty initiatives., • Utilise data and analytics to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns, and maximise return on investment., • Provide strategic oversight of online merchandising, promotional activity, and seasonal trading plans to enhance sales outcomes., • Interpret customer, sales, and market data to inform commercial decision-making and long-term strategy., • Drive commercial success through effective pricing, product positioning, and promotional frameworks., • Maintain accountability for sales performance, profit margins, and overall commercial viability., • Establish and manage high-value relationships with suppliers, brand partners, and key stakeholders to support business objectives., • Champion brand development, ensuring consistent positioning and impactful marketing communications., • Lead product launches, strategic partnerships, and high-profile marketing initiatives., • Shape and deliver CRM strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth., • Oversee market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and trend identification, to inform innovation and growth., • Manage marketing and commercial budgets with full responsibility for resource allocation and cost efficiency., • Deliver regular reporting on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and commercial performance to senior leadership., • Foster cross-functional collaboration across e-commerce, operations, and customer service teams., • Lead and manage external agencies and partners to ensure high standards of delivery and execution., • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory, advertising, and data protection requirements. Skills/Qualifications/Experience: • Relevant experience in a marketing and commercial leadership role., • Strong strategic understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics., • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and improving commercial performance., • Highly developed analytical, organisational, and strategic thinking capabilities., • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels., • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

Job purpose This is an exciting opportunity to join our Alpha team as a Gym Supervisor. The role will focus on supporting the Gym Manager to grow and develop the gym membership while also taking a hands-on approach to support members with their exercise and fitness goals. You will be reporting to the Gym Manager. Key accountabilities Proactively monitor and drive fitness and wellness activity in the exercise studio and on the gym floor. Lead studio classes when necessary and drive gym floor activities including small group sessions and gym challenges. Assist with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns that help to maximise member growth and retention. Engage and greet gym members in a warm and friendly manner at all times. Ensure the gym remains a safe environment for members to train by carrying out cleaning duties, maintenance checks and supervision of the facility. Provide support to the Gym Manager with membership administration and enquiries. Personal Training Opportunity is also available that allows for increased earning potential. What are we looking for? We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual with: · A passion for health, fitness, and wellness activity. · Experience in assisting the daily running and supervision of a gym. · A Level 2 Fitness Qualification and ideally a L3 in Personal Training. · Lead Small Group Classes (core, circuits, strength, bootcamp, box-fit) · Strong communication skills including in person engagement and written. · A flexible and mature approach to teamwork and role responsibilities. · Have a flexible mindset to shift patterns and a desire to place the needs of the business and members as a high priority. · A willingness to play a proactive hands-on role within the gym at all times. · Have a key understanding of Health and Safety compliance requirements.
