Description Business Operations Advisor Programme Name: Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Location: The role is based in our Bristol office, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week; travel to our Bicester and Donnington offices will occasionally be required. The Role: The Team Leidos (TL) Business Operations Advisor is a senior member of the Operations Directorate within the Logistics Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) programme. The role provides expert advice on Defence Supply Chain and LCST systems and processes, identifies inefficiencies, drives improvements and supports the delivery of service excellence. Success requires the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, guiding them through complex business operations challenges to achieve effective outcomes. The role is ideally suited to a self-motivated and driven individual who thrives when given the autonomy to tackle challenges with minimal direction.
