We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. This role involves providing professional grooming services to a variety of animals, ensuring they look and feel their best while maintaining their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle animals gently and efficiently. This position offers an engaging environment where you can utilise your grooming expertise to make a positive impact on our clients’ pets. Duties • Bathing, drying, and brushing animals to prepare them for grooming, • Trimming fur, clipping nails, cleaning ears, and performing breed-specific cuts as required, • Ensuring the safety and comfort of animals throughout the grooming process, • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of grooming tools and work area, • Providing advice to pet owners on grooming routines and animal care, • Handling animals with patience and compassion, especially those that may be anxious or difficult, • Proven experience in pet grooming is essential, • Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners, • Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger animals or equipment safely and confidently
