Some of the Key duties of the Sales and administrative support member include: Provide operational/administrative support to The Little Gym team by making note of appointments, information requests and meetings. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product information and sales inquiries. Utilise internal systems to carry out sales procedures and ensure that a record of these transactions is maintained in Excel, Mindbody (our CRM) and other Microsoft applications. Collaborate with other members of the team regarding ongoing projects such as marketing, finance, and program to ensure smooth operation of service. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Escalating any more serious complaint o senior leadership team.
