I am seeking 1-3 reliable and detail-oriented video editors based in India (ideally but not necessarily) to support daily content production for a fast-growing social media brand. The channel currently has 22,000+ subscribers and is growing rapidly, with plans to scale content output and compensation over time. This role is best suited for editors looking for consistent daily work and a long-term collaboration with increasing pay as the channel grows. Daily Responsibilities 1 Long-Form Video (per day): • Light editing only (no heavy cuts), • Add accurate subtitles/captions, • Apply minimal zooms and basic sound effects, • Create a clean, catchy clickbait thumbnail, • Optional: produce a short 15-second hook from the same video 2–3 Short-Form Videos (Reels/Shorts): • Duration: 1–1.5 minutes each, • Clean captions and basic pacing, • Optimized for engagement on social platforms Editing Style • Clean and professional, • Minimal effects, • Focus on clarity, subtitles, and viewer retention, • No complex transitions or advanced visual effects required Requirements • Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, or Shorts, • Comfortable with subtitles and short-form content, • Ability to meet daily deadlines consistently, • Good communication and responsiveness Compensation & Growth • Starting pay: ₹500 INR per day (or GBP/USD equivalent), • Payments made in Indian Rupees, GBP or USD, • As channel revenue and workload increase, daily pay will scale up to ₹2,500 INR (£20 GBP) possibly higher based on quality and working relationship & experience., • Long-term opportunity for consistent work and higher earnings How to Apply If you are interested, please apply via Indeed or message/comment to request my email for next steps.
