Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate engaging, hands-on workshops while teaching Kintsugi techniques and guiding participants throughout the experience., • Clear down venues after workshops, including packing, cleaning, and transporting equipment., • Plan, organise, and deliver public and private Kintsugi workshops., • Travel to client venues across the UK with all workshop equipment and materials., • Set up and prepare workshop spaces, ensuring a professional and safe environment before each session., • Source, purchase, and manage all materials and supplies required for workshops, including ceramics, epoxy, pigments, tools, PPE, and packaging., • Maintain workshop inventory and ensure sufficient stock for upcoming events., • Prepare workshop kits and materials before each event., • Liaise with corporate clients, venues, and private customers to coordinate workshop logistics., • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all workshops., • Oversee transportation, storage, and maintenance of workshop equipment and materials., • Support the ongoing development of Kinboru’s workshops, products, and customer experience.
