Payroll: - Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. - Collaborate with various teams/departments to maintain accurate employee records and payments. - Handle tax and pension related payroll matters. 3. Continuous Improvement: - Identify areas for process improvement within the finance department. - Implement changes to enhance departmental performance. Qualifications: - Previous Accounts Payable experience in a hospitality environment preferred. - Moderate to Advanced Excel skills. - Ability to identify and implement system improvements.
