Eight Mediterranean Restaurants is seeking a talented and passionate Bartender/Barista to join our team in Tatsfield. We are a new Mediterranean restaurant concept, dedicated to healthy eating and providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. As a Bartender/Barista, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include: • Preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, including expertly made coffees, teas, and alcoholic drinks., • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and coffee station at all times., • Providing outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create a friendly and memorable visit., • Accurately processing customer orders and payments., • Collaborating effectively with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure seamless service. We are looking for an individual who possesses: • Proven experience in a fast-paced bar or coffee shop setting., • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • The ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure., • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, across weekdays and weekends.
