As a member of the floor/barback team, you will undertake a dual role. As well as maintaining the back and the front of house to an excellent standard, it is also the floor team function to act as bar-backs ensuring the smooth running of the bar at all times.

Job Description: The Barback plays a key supporting role within the bar team, ensuring that all bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position assists bartenders during service, maintains stock levels and ensures the bar area is always clean, organised and fully equipped to deliver an exceptional experience for our members. Key Responsibilities: Support bartenders during service by ensuring all products and equipment are readily available. Complete the checklist accurately and ensure the bar meets operational standards. Restock fridges, shelves and storage areas throughout the shift. Collect and organise deliveries, checking accuracy and condition of stock.
