About Us: Lookin’ Foxy Beauty Salon is a vibrant, modern salon offering high-quality hair and beauty services. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care, a friendly atmosphere, and a loyal client base. We are now looking for an experienced Barber to join our growing team. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Barber with proven experience in men’s grooming and modern barbering techniques. The ideal candidate is confident, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-quality cuts and customer service. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-standard haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves, • Provide personalised grooming advice to clients, • Maintain a clean, professional work environment, • Build and maintain strong client relationships, • Work efficiently in a busy salon setting, • Follow all health and safety guidelines Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of barbering experience, • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Barbering, • Strong skills in skin fades, modern styles, beard shaping, and line-ups, wet shave, hot towel shave, threading, mens facials, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Professional appearance and positive attitude
