We’re rebuilding something special at The Shepherd’s House — and we want the right people behind the bar. This isn’t just pouring pints. It’s creating atmosphere. We’re looking for a confident, experienced bartender/server who: • Knows how to work a busy bar without panicking., • Can talk to regulars and families without sounding robotic., • Takes pride in a clean, sharp-looking bar., • Actually enjoys hospitality (not just the hourly wage). What you’ll be doing: • Serving pints, spirits, wines, and soft drinks with consistency., • Taking food orders and guiding guests through our menu., • Keeping the bar tight, clean, and under control., • Helping us build a welcoming, lively local. Experience is essential. We need someone with a background in hospitality, that likes proper pubs, good food, and being part of a team that’s building something from the ground up!
