ROOM ATTENDANT MAIN DUTIES •Clean hotel rooms to required standards and by required deadlines •Complete regular cleaning routines (the task of the day) as per training •Change bed linen and towels •Make beds •High and low Dusting and polishing of furniture •Clean bathrooms, including vanity, sink, bath/shower, tiles/glass and walls •Vacuum and mop floors •Replace stock of guest supplies, such as shampoo, soap, brochures, etc. •Re-stock drinks in the mini-bar •Re-stock and clean equipment used

Maintaining Controls and Standards Conduct daily standard audits at the beginning of shift, and continue throughout and reporting any issues to line manager. Always adhere to local licencing laws regarding responsible and correct service of alcohol Maintain excellent knowledge of all company and site-specific Health and Safety procedures. Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times. Conduct regular security checks throughout the day and report any security issues to line manager Provide reports, as required, for housekeepers and management. Administer all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows, in line with company policy. Development Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training within the given timelines. We are now ready to enlarge our family and are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist, ideally experienced with the role using Rezlynx (PMS system) – although not a must to be considered for the position. The receptionist will be working on-site 5 days a week, managing check-in & check-out, reservations via calls and emails, always maintaining a fast correspondence with guests, and assisting as promptly as possible. The ideal candidate will have a to-do attitude and will be a hospitality professional, passionate about customer service and guest journeys.
