This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. **Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service: - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave. - Assist guests in making menu selections, including providing information on specials, dietary restrictions, and ingredients. - Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. 2. Order Taking and Serving: - Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests. - Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff as appropriate. - Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with service standards. - Ensure the correct items are delivered to the correct guests. 3. Looking for a lovely person to look after my 10 year old daughter (school pick up, homework etc) and look after the house. We live in Ealing, W5 with great transport links.
