Requirements: - Proven experience as a baker specializing in viennoiserie and sourdough bread production. - In-depth knowledge of the baking process, including fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques specific to viennoiserie and sourdough. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality. Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required in the baking industry.
