Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met. Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills. Working knowledge of EU Drivers Hours and Working Time regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Understanding of financial and commercial aspects of transport operations.
