We’re supporting a growing engineering and installation business based in Havant, delivering critical power solutions to customers across the UK. What’s the role all about? As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing installation projects end-to-end — from initial planning through to final handover. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification, while maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout. You’ll work closely with Design, Installation and Supply Chain teams, coordinating resources, managing risk and keeping everything moving smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning, managing and delivering multiple projects concurrently, • Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, • Ensuring all works meet contractual, quality and safety requirements, • Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers, • Managing project finances, KPIs and contractual performance, • Leading health, safety and environmental compliance on projects, • Interpreting drawings and specifications to accurately schedule works, • Ensuring method statements, risk assessments and documentation are in place, • Managing project close-out including as-built drawings, O&Ms and final invoices What you’ll need To be successful as a Project Manager, you’ll bring: • Proven experience in Project Management, ideally with an engineering or supervisory background, • An industry-recognised Project Management qualification, • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and supply chain partners, • Experience managing multiple projects under pressure, • A strong understanding of health & safety and risk management, • A flexible approach to work, including travel when required You’re proactive, organised and solutions-focused. You take pride in your work and enjoy seeing projects through to a successful conclusion. You’re comfortable adapting to change, prioritising under pressure and leading by example.
