Daytime concierge providing front of house service to residents. The role involves receiving and distributing mail, receiving parcels, managing access for contractors, monitoring CCTV and ensuring security protocols are followed, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, liaising with residents and agents, and reporting any property or other issues or concerns to the Building Manager. Good command of English – verbal and written – is required together with a polite and pleasant manner. The successful applicant will be able to de-escalate issues before they become problems and will be confident without being aggressive or confrontational.
