Were Hiring: Full-Time Sous Chef Location: Toast, Altrincham Hours: 3540 hours per week Were looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team. The Role: Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards Assisting with menu development and specials Managing prep, stock, and kitchen organisation Occasionally supporting evening catering for private events and parties About You: Previous experience in a professional kitchen Passionate about fresh, quality food Reliable, organised, and proactive Able to work well in a fast-paced environment A strong team player with a positive attitude What We Offer: Full-time role (3540 hours per week) Salary: To be decided based on experience Working hours mainly between 8am and 5pm Sundays off plus one additional day off during the week Occasional evening work for catered events and parties 4 weeks holiday Closed during the festive period Closed on Bank Holiday Mondays Evenly split tips Monthly pay Pension scheme available Friendly, supportive working environment Wed love to hear from you and welcome you to our team.
