The Malcolm Arms is seeking an experienced, professional chef to join our kitchen team. We are a traditional pub with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, freshly prepared food that looks as good as it tastes. Consistency, presentation, and attention to detail are central to everything we do. This role is suited to a chef who takes pride in flavour, clean presentation, and maintaining high standards across every service. You will be expected to work to agreed recipes and plating standards, ensuring each dish is executed correctly and consistently. Strong food hygiene, organisation, and cleanliness are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and focused during busy services. We are hands-on owners who value professionalism, respect for structure, and a well-run kitchen environment.
