Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading real estate consultancy to recruit a Property & Asset Management Surveyor for their growing team in Essex. About the Role You will play a key role in managing and enhancing a diverse commercial property portfolio, including industrial, retail, and office assets. Responsibilities include: • The position will involve providing day-to-day property management services for commercial buildings in accordance with RICS industry best practice. Understanding, • Maximising portfolio value through proactive property and asset management., • Advising on estate management matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing strategies., • Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and service partners.
