The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Childcare Practitioner (ideally someone who is a registered Childminder) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a smaller, more intimate setting and has a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's development across all areas. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe and track children's progress, providing feedback to parents when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the setting. Key Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a childcare setting, ideally with small groups of children. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both children and parents. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
