The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all people management of the team in their region, Resource Planning, Project Management and ensuring all training requirements are met to maintain an efficient service across the nominated operational sites. The role holder will also be responsible for providing a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, site engineering standards, training, maintenance and quality procedures to JIG, COMAH and industry best practice.
