Multisite Store Manager Job Summary • You will have 3 managers reporting to you & will work in all 3 locations, assisting in strengthening each store & ensuring the smooth an profitable delivery of business operations. • Lead & support three standalone stores to drive sales & service through the effective management of your own team to deliver world class service. • Working in a multi-million pound turnover business which has seasonal peaks & troughs therefore & understanding of how to manage your team effectively both in the busy & quieter periods is essential. • Be responsible for analysing sales data to identify ways to drive sales & profitability through commercially sound visual standards. • Deal with any staff or management issues that arise, dealing with them in line with company procedures.
