As Head Chef you will oversee all of BOH operations and be responsible for all juniors chefs. This site consists of 3 separate kitchens. The current team consists of 5 Chefs, 3 KPs, 1 General Manager. Covers are usually up to 25-30. There will be occasional events and functions and menu is on a 4 week rotation in accordance with all the other barrack .
