Responsibilities: - Manage the lettings process from start to finish, including advertising, tenant screening, and lease agreements - Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with information about available properties - Negotiate rental terms and conditions with tenants on behalf of property owners - Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and property maintenance activities - Collaborate with property owners to develop effective marketing strategies to attract tenants - Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and regulations -Take a hands on approach to property maintenances and collaborate with maintenance services to ensure sites are keep in good order. - Respond to emergencies when necessary. Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management or lettings is preferred - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Multilingual abilities are a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for the right candidate.
