With a steady pipeline of works across residential, commercial, and public sector environments, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple schemes and ensure high standards of delivery, safety, and compliance. The role: Project Manager (Passive Fire) This is a hands-on Project Manager role responsible for overseeing passive fire works from mobilisation through to completion. You’ll be managing site activity, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and regulatory requirements. This role will involve travel across the Hampshire region, supporting a range of live sites. Read and follow method statements; develop knowledge of Company HSEQ systems, COSHH requirements, PPE standards, and incident reporting processes. Support the maintenance of site documentation, contribute to progress reviews, and assist with controlled document management. Build understanding of the project programme, attend collaborative planning sessions, and follow project governance and administrative procedures.About you Required Qualifications / Expertise A BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering (or a closely related discipline), accredited or progressing toward accreditation by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Strong understanding of civil engineering principles gained through academic study, placements or project work. Commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD) and proactive engagement with professional growth.
