A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their team. Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential. Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager: • Day-to-day delivery of projects ranging from £50K to £1M., • Developing the project management strategy and delivery, • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects, • Attending and chairing meetings, • Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress, • Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships Skills & Experience of the Project Manager: • Relevant construction related degree, • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills, • Flexible and can work to deadlines, • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects, • JCT and NEC experience, • Self motivated, • Client facing, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary & Benefits: • £50K - £65K, • Private medical insurance, • Dental insurance, • Options to buy and sell holiday, • Life insurance, • Travel insurance, • Professional subscription paid
