Requirements: - Holding conversations and qualifying leads to introduce to Sales Executives - Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. - Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs and pain points, qualifying - Updating the CRM system to record regular sales communication, opportunity activities, and reports. - Taking responsibility for your own development and doing what it takes to reach or exceed the goals, targets, and KPI's. - Assisting Sales Executives to complete tender/request for information documents. You will have to have property knowledge of how to generate leads, make calls send emails and bring properties to the business. To be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guests whenever the possibility arises in order to maximize hotel sales. To be fully conversant and able to operate the hotels property management system (OnQ PMS). To be aware of the hotels availability to ensure that every opportunity is taken to maximize room sales and upselling opportunities. To deal with cash, cheque, credit card and sales ledger transactions in accordance with the hotel standards of procedures (SOP) manual, and to ensure that any discrepancies are reported immediately. To ensure the float handed over is checked and correct on every occasion.
