User Support & Troubleshooting: • Provide post-training support by answering user queries, resolving issues, and offering troubleshooting assistance., • Create and maintain FAQs and self-help resources for ongoing user education. Tracking & Reporting: • Track and monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, measuring learner success, and reporting outcomes to management. Collaboration: • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and other departments to stay informed about new SharePoint features and functionality., • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date. Continuous Improvement: • Stay current with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training methodologies and deliver the most effective learning experiences.
