    LOCATION: Guildford, Surrey | £25,000- £27,000 + Benefits (No Sponsorship) We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join their Ofsted-registered supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–21years. The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in: • Supporting young people to develop life skills, independence, and resilience., • Leading, guiding, and supervising Support Workers to deliver high-quality care., • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding procedures, and support plans., • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all young people. About You We’re looking for someone with: • Experience working with vulnerable young people (16–21) in supported accommodation, residential, or semi-independent services., • Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to remain calm in challenging situations., • Experience mentoring or supervising staff., • Excellent communication and organisational skills., • (Desirable) Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
