Account Manager London | Hybrid £40,000 + 20% Bonus An established and fast-growing global video technology company is looking to hire an Account Manager into its UK commercial team. This is a highly client-facing opportunity for someone early in their media or AdTech career who wants to step into a role with real agency exposure, day-to-day ownership of relationships, and the chance to build a long-term career in digital advertising. The Role As Account Manager, you will act as a key day-to-day point of contact for agency partners and clients, helping to manage relationships across campaign delivery, account development, and ongoing service. You will work closely with internal sales, operations, and product teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform strongly, and deliver a high standard of client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being front and centre with clients, building trusted relationships, and becoming a reliable and visible partner to external stakeholders. You will be involved in managing campaign briefs, overseeing delivery timelines, responding to client requests, monitoring performance, and ensuring campaigns are optimised to achieve strong results. Alongside the day-to-day campaign and relationship management, you will also support the wider commercial team in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, strengthen partnerships, and add value in client conversations. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build both account management and commercial skills within a growing AdTech business. Key Responsibilities • Act as a key contact for agency and client stakeholders across active campaigns and ongoing account activity, • Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness, • Manage campaigns from brief through to delivery, working cross-functionally with internal teams, • Monitor campaign performance and help identify optimisation opportunities to improve results, • Support client conversations with insights, updates, and solutions to ensure campaigns deliver against expectations, • Help identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and support revenue growth across current accounts, • Maintain a high standard of communication, organisation, and client care across multiple projects at once Experience Required The ideal candidate will have around one to two years of experience in digital media, advertising, or AdTech, ideally in a role that has involved regular contact with agencies, clients, or commercial stakeholders. Experience in digital video, programmatic advertising, or campaign management would be advantageous, but the most important thing is a genuine interest in the media landscape and the confidence to work closely with external partners. You should be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, but also confident in a client-facing environment where communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving are key. This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with people, takes pride in delivering a strong client experience, and wants to develop within a commercial digital media business.
