Senior Channel Account Manager – IT Infrastructure & Services Bracknell (Hybrid) / £60–80k base + uncapped commission We’re supporting a well-established technology services provider that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. They’re now seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand their presence across the UK channel ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying and engaging new MSP, reseller and distributor partners, building long-term strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. What you’ll be doing • Identify, engage and secure new channel partners across MSP, reseller and distributor networks, • Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to onboarding, • Build strong, consultative, long-term partner relationships, • Develop revenue across onboarded partners through structured account planning, • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless partner experience, • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting What we’re looking for • Strong channel sales experience within the IT/technology sector, • Proven success acquiring (not just managing) channel partners, • Experience delivering £1M+ individual sales targets, • Confident engaging Director/C-Suite stakeholders, • Consultative, solutions-led selling style, • Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable in a growth-phase environment What’s on offer • £60–80k base salary + uncapped commission, • 25 days holiday, • Hybrid working - 3 days office, • Join a collaborative, established team backed by private equity, • Play a key role in shaping the next stage of growth for a respected specialist provider Please apply here with your CV.
