We are an Independent Garage looking for a Service Advisor who has previous Motor Trade experience, who enjoys the role but without franchise pressures, to look after our customers and work closely with the team. You will be the main contact for the customer from booking an appointment, greeting the customer on arrival, being responsible for keeping the customer informed of progress of work, to completion and handing back of the vehicle. Successful applicants will have at least 1 years' experience working as a service advisor and with Dealer Management systems.
