Dental Receptionist – Experienced We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm Lunch break: 1:00pm – 2:00pm The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, works well within a team, and is always willing to go the extra mile to support both patients and colleagues. Key responsibilities include: • Welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner, • Managing appointments and diaries efficiently, • Handling telephone and email enquiries, • Taking payments and managing patient records accurately, • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, • Liaising with clinicians and the wider team, • Providing outstanding customer service at all times The successful candidate should: • Have previous dental reception experience, • Have excellent communication and organisational skills, • Be confident using dental software and computer systems, • Be reliable, punctual, and well presented, • Be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment, • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Work well independently and as part of a team We are looking for somebody who is caring, professional, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient visiting the practice.
