Job Description E TAXI is a Redditch transport firm setup to help people from all walks of life to get to where they need to go. E TAXI covers travel nationwide and operates a large fleet of vehicles from small vehicles to large mini buses. E Taxi is working with the Redditch council to transport vulnerable persons and private individuals. E Taxi is now expanding and is in need of an experienced individual to work as an IT Technician to integrate our new systems and responsible for the functionality of the systems to help streamline our business. Job Duties and Responsibility Responsible for ensuring the reliability and functionality of our IT systems. Providing security solutions dedicated to safeguarding our staff and clients and ensuring peace of mind for a smooth operation. Maintaining hardware and software systems. Integrate current operations with the IT systems to help promote and improve the business smooth running. Train staff on new systems integration Perform routine checks on all IT systems for smooth operations. Provide technical support in setting up new systems. Diagnose any software or hardware issues swiftly Responsible for all data backup, responsible for security protocols to protect sensitive data: Monitor network traffic for unusual activities and potential threats Report to Director on all systems implementation If you think you are the right candidate for this role, please submit your CV and any supporting evidence why you would be best suited for this role.
