Duties and Responsibilities - Confidently run either the Restaurant Bar or the Shibeen Speakeasy Cocktail bar service. - Be available and capable to open and close our bars correctly. - Organise the prep requirements and standards necessary for service to run smoothly, ensuring a fully stocked bar. - Have the ability to build rapport and provide a personal service to guests when in front facing bar roles. - Lead, train, and develop the more junior members of the team. Skills and qualifications - A minimum of 1 year experience as a head bartender, or 2 years of experience behind the bar. - Expertise in all of the fundamentals of classic cocktail making. - Interest in the development and craft behind our signature cocktail list. - Have a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. - A genuine passion for cocktails and spirits and a desire to learn more. - Expertise in organisation, time management and ability to multitask. We are currently on the look out for passionate bar tender with good mixology and cocktail experience for our new venue in Chelsea. Role Overview: A new opportunity has arisen to join the opening team of BÓHA LONDON in Chelsea You will play a pivotal role in the development of BÓHA LONDON and will be expected to have great bar tending and cocktail making experience. As part of the team you will make sure drinks are prepared to perfection while keeping the service standards at a 5* level. You will work alongside the senior bar team in constantly developing the cocktail menu. About You: ·Previous Bartending/Cocktail experience in a premium driven bar/restaurant or hotel operation. ·Current in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within the London market with a particular focus on world class Mixology. ·Capable of demonstrating outstanding organisation and professionalism. ·The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
