We have an opening for several positions within our market research team working at our central Southend Office to join our expanding team. The role will start on either the 11th or 18th of March 2024 and you will get a start date 24-48 hours after your interview if you have been successful (Please note all candidates will receive an outcome of their interview). We are looking for outgoing and confident individuals, who feel comfortable making outgoing calls to members of the public and conducting a short survey via our CRM system. No previous experience required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. The market research role will involve calling members of the public and conducting a short market research survey on a range of everyday subjects. Full ongoing training and support provided along the way to maximise your potential and the opportunity of further progression. Basic salary and amazing weekly bonuses (28 days holiday per year) and no weekend work! Hours of Operation: (Must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours and be able to work Monday-Friday) Monday 11am-7pm (Lunch at 2pm-3pm and a 15-minute break at 16.45pm) Tuesday- Friday 10am-6pm (Lunch at 2pm-3pm and a 15-minute break at 12pm)

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bar's daily operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring that the bar runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
