We are an independent Thai restaurant in the busy district of Islington. The Rabieng team are looking for part time Thai Kitchen order co-ordinator and assistant sous chef to assist in a busy Thai Kitchen. The ability to speak English is a plus but not necessary as the kitchen has dedicated authentic Thai staff. If you are hard working have the ability to manage the orders prepared and can assist in frying sections of the kitchen make salads and be an asset to the team then you will benefit accordingly. The Role: - You will take ownership of our coffee offering at L8, from processes behind the bar, to recipes, to choosing guest filter coffees. - We currently serve a simple espresso menu alongside a rotating batch brew (recent guest features include Cloud Picker, Obadiah and April). - Our espresso is a seasonal exclusive coffee roasted by Red Bank Coffee in the Lake District. - 37.5hrs per week - Weekends & Weekdays (we require availability most weekends). - Starting annual salary of £32k - We use a custom LM KB90 ABR and Mahlkonig E80 so experience with these is preferable but not essential! - We are open 7 days a week and our opening hours are 7am-3pm Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm Sat & Sun.
