SUMMARY OF POSITION Clays floor teams are collaborative with a group of highly skilled individuals who are heavily cross trained. Clays offer a unique experience and we therefore have a unique role and requirements, this is where our Shoot Captains come in. Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the experience to life for our guests. For this role, We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring the fun and positive energy. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the entire guests journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting experience will really help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them in food and drinks orders. As well as ensuring that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service at every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and how to manage the entire bookings journey, whilst also being an expert in our food & beverage operations, ensuring service is delivered to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints tips and guidance, driving peoples competitive spirit and engaging them in the game. Job description We are currently looking for the roles of Experienced Air Conditioning engineers to join our growing team working across the West Midlands Region UK. Engineer must hold a full driving license to travelling and Working on various sites, commercial, businesses, domestic and residential properties. In your role as an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will undertake the installation and commissioning, maintenance and repairs of all air conditioning equipment. Please note - interviews will be held at our Head Office in Tenbury Wells , Worcestershire. Negotiable Rates of pay will be discussed during the Interview Stage . Pay will be more than the national minimum wage. (pay will be Reviewed after a 6 Months probationary and periodically after) Duties: Maintain, install and repair air conditioning equipment - AC Systems, VRV/HVAC, multi and split systems in all Domestic/residential, Commercial and business premises. You will be expected to complete all work-related statutory and business required documentation accurately and on time Keep logs of inspections reports and remedial work with repairs completed to achieve the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. Understand installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures, whilst also being comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously is desirable. We are looking for individuals with: At least one years Experience within Installation/ Commissioning environment Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to work procedures and safe systems of working. Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a handheld computer device.
