Job description: Business development executive should assist in the development and implementation of projects which aim to elicit the preferences and requirements of consumers, businesses and other specified target groups so that suppliers may meet these needs. Tasks required by this job include: · Collaborating on the concept, development and implementation of business development, marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs driving interest and sales. · Ensuring distribution of internal and external marketing materials and communications. · Understanding and maintaining the corporate brand in all marketing initiatives and campaigns. · Taking ownership of and evaluate business campaigns, advertising, and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximizeaccomplishing business · goals. · Conducting market research, including the creation, sourcing and utilization of key focus groups and questionnaires which can help the business to grow. · Developing relationships with and working alongside creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote sales or brand awareness through bespoke marketing campaigns. · Helps in new product launch. · Help the business to grow in the most economic and efficient manner. · Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation. · Help with business development plans, direct marketing and campaigns · Work closely with creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts · Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials · Maintain and update customer databases conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focusgroups · Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. · Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing program). · Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management monitor and report on competitor activity, lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities · Oversee and manage the marketing budget. The employees will need to have for Business Development Executive: Good working knowledge of all core marketing and business development areas, including content marketing, copywriting, multi-media, print, digital, social media, direct marketing, and promotional marketing. Excellent time business management and prioritization capabilities, coupled with the ability to simultaneously control various projects. The ability to process, delegate and prioritize tasks in an organized and proactive manner. SUMMARY OF POSITION Clays floor teams are collaborative with a group of highly skilled individuals who are heavily cross trained. Clays offer a unique experience and we therefore have a unique role and requirements, this is where our Shoot Captains come in. Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the experience to life for our guests. For this role, We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring the fun and positive energy. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the entire guests journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting experience will really help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them in food and drinks orders. As well as ensuring that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service at every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and how to manage the entire bookings journey, whilst also being an expert in our food & beverage operations, ensuring service is delivered to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints tips and guidance, driving peoples competitive spirit and engaging them in the game. Our Shoot Captains will be able to develop a rapport with the guest throughout their entire experience and leave them with a smile on their face, knowing your name and looking forward to come back. Part Time self-employed person required for local gardening business. Handy Bees Gardening are looking to employee someone on a part time basis, 2 days per week (days can be flexible), minimum of 8rs per day or 16 hrs per week. Opportunity to increase to full time. Handy Bees was established in 2018 and is family run business based in Cuckfield. Responsibilities include: Mowing, hedge cutting, weeding, soft landscaping, jet washing, fencing, pruning and general maintenance. Mainly domestic, small-scale jobs. Minimum age 18. Minimum qualification, Level 2 certified in Horticulture, and any associated institutes would be advantageous. PA1, PA6 or chain saw qualification would also be very welcome. Self-employed basis.
