Driver Hire Gatwick is seeking an enthusiastic Class 2 Driver to join one of our clients in Redhill. This role involves the delivery and maintenance of water equipment in companies and households. This is a full-time position offering a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. The Role • Up to 7-15 deliveries per shift, depending on route distance, • Start time 06:00 am (Min of 8 hours guaranteed), • Safe loading and unloading of goods, • Costumer services skills, • Completion and accuracy of all delivery paperwork, • Daily vehicle checks in line with health & safety regulations, • Ensuring full compliance with all driving regulations Requirements • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence, • CPC and Digital Tachograph card, • Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience, • No more than 3 penalty points (no major endorsements – CD/IN/DR/TT), • Would need to live within 10 miles of the workplace in Redhill, • Good navigational skills, • Right to work in the UK, • A responsible and safety-focused approach to driving Benefits • £18.00 per hour (Umbrella), • Weekly pay, • Ongoing, stable work, • Professional and supportive working environment, • On-site parking Driver Hire Gatwick also has other Class 1 and Class 2 opportunities available, both ad-hoc and ongoing.
