Key Responsibilities: - Perform various cleaning tasks according to Serenity Cleaning’s established standards and procedures. - Thoroughly clean and sanitize different areas including living spaces, offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. - Efficiently and safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products. - Maintain a high level of cleanliness in both domestic and commercial environments. - Collaborate effectively with team members to complete assignments within scheduled timeframes. - Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning preferences and any concerns. - Respect and uphold client confidentiality and privacy during cleaning assignments. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
