Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Create and develop new menu items that re_ect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Train and mentor junior cooks, fostering a positive learning environment. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order. Collaborate with front-of-house sta] to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
