The Opportunity We are seeking a HR Business Partner or HR Manager to lead and hands-on manage the people function within the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth., • Lead the HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention., • Design and implement performance management and leadership development frameworks., • Enhance the employer brand and employee value proposition across internal and external audiences., • Oversee HR budgeting and proactively manage workforce planning., • Build a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and operational excellence. Ideal Experience • A minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in fast-moving, high-tech, or engineering-led environments., • Demonstrable experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on delivery., • Expertise in performance management and talent development., • Prior experience in an HRBP role within organisations that promote a people-centric culture is highly desirable., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels., • Resilient, commercially astute, and adaptable to change.
