From welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism to supporting move-ins, managing amenity bookings, and keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll be the go-to person for residents and the wider team. You’ll help shape the resident experience, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, timely, and exceptional. Your Responsibilities: • Managing amenity reservations and supporting VIP requests., • Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and pre-let coordination., • Tracking maintenance issues and liaising with relevant teams., • Supporting compliance inspections and safety protocols., • Helping plan and deliver community events and experiences., • Reviewing service levels and identifying opportunities to improve. Your Requirements: • A proven track record in customer service, ideally in residential or hospitality sectors., • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach., • Confidence to engage with residents and challenge unknown visitors when needed., • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset., • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and PM systems.
