The Opportunity You will lead outbound sales activity focused purely on bringing new members into the network. Selling directly to CEOs and business owners of companies with £3m+ turnover, you will build relationships, articulate the value of membership and guide prospects through a highly consultative sales process. This is a phone‑based, outbound‑led role with strong marketing support, a large database and warm lapsed leads available. With short sales cycles and a clear monthly target, this is an opportunity to make a strong impact quickly while joining a business undergoing rapid, well‑supported expansion. What You'll Be Doing • Selling high‑value membership packages to CEOs and business leaders, • Outbound calling to a mixture of warm, lapsed and database leads, • Running structured discovery calls and credibility‑led conversations, • Converting prospects through a consultative sales process, • Managing your own pipeline and ensuring consistent monthly performance, • Representing the membership brand with professionalism and authority What They're Looking For Experience Requirements: • Strong B2B outbound sales background, • Phone‑based selling experience essential, • Proven track record of closing new business, • Credible, confident and articulate communicator, • Professional phone presence and strong gravitas, • Hungry, hard‑working and highly driven, • £65,000-£70,000 basic salary, • Double OTE (uncapped), • Laptop & mobile, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Pension, • London‑based office (3 days per week) Desired Skills and Experience Sales, Business Development, New Business Development, Outbound Sales, Memberships, B2B
